The second quarter of the program will be all about implementing what you have learned in the first three months- with my support. Once you move into the implementation stage, it is likely you will come up against obstacles and have questions. I want to set you up for success and in my 14 years as a mediator and business owner, I've found that support and opportunity for feedback makes all the difference to achieving long term success in the industry.

I know what it is like to work alone. I love working for myself - in my opinion, there is nothing better than being your own boss. But it can get lonely. The live training sessions will be recorded, enabling you to watch the recording back in your own time. You will have access to these training videos for the entire 6 months of the program allowing you to go back and rewatch them whilst you are implementing what you have learned in your practise.

You will be part of a Facebook group for support. You can ask the community questions at any time and share ideas, wins and challenges.

The live Q & A sessions will enable you to submit your questions if you're unable to attend, and the recording will be sent through after the session to ensure you'll get full benefit from the program.

There will be focus meetings each Monday to set you up for each week, and make sure that you are taking steps every week to reach your goals.

This course is CPD approved by the Resolution Institute . You will receive 1 CPD point for every hour of training you attend provided throughout this program.
I want to share something with you...
I have been a family mediator for over 14 years and I went from people telling me I could not get work in Australia, to being a finalist for Australian Mediator of the Year for three years in a row, and winning Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner of the Year.
I teach the vocational diploma in family dispute resolution. The program focuses on how to be an FDRP and provides the basic skills to be a good FDRP. There is nothing wrong with these programs, however there is only so much time in one course to teach you all you need to know.
I know how much more there is to learn before you can have a successful career as a mediator, as well as having a thriving mediation practice that gives your clients the best possible experience and also works for you! I see so many small business owners working 80 to 100 hours a week - that's just not something I ever wanted to do. I have a thriving business, I drop off and pick up my kids most days of the week and earn a great income. The best part is that you can create this too. There is nothing special about me.
